Father & Sons Tap Room & Brewery was born from a simple belief: the best things in life are made better when shared with family and friends. Located in the heart of Colorado Springs, our taproom is a place where generations gather — where the warmth of a well-poured pint meets the comfort of a home away from home.

Every beer on our taplist tells a story. Every recipe on our menu has been tested, refined, and approved around our own table. We don't chase trends — we honor tradition, experiment with passion, and pour everything we have into every glass that leaves our brewery.

Our brewing operation is the heart of Father & Sons. Every batch is crafted in small quantities on our on-site brewhouse, using water sourced from the Colorado Rockies and hops selected for their character and consistency.

We believe that great beer isn't rushed. It's given time — time to ferment, to condition, to develop the flavors that make each pour distinct. That's why we brew what we can stand behind, and pour what we're proud of.
